where, when, how far, where to?

river, ocean, lake?

12X30 if possible put it on a truck and drive it, quicker and much cheaper. even with over width permits

if crowded by other traffic or shoreline, can push or hip tow it,

if there’s waves use a long line.

IE depends on the situation
